Product and access questions
Start with the Feex homepage and its frequently asked questions for current product and early-access information. Contact our support email for help with a problem. The signup form is for product updates and invitations; it is not a support ticket form and should not be used to send a problem report.
Developer and integration questions
The developer documentation describes the public read-only API, authentication requirements, supported parameters, response formats, and recovery hints. Include the public endpoint path and HTTP status when discussing an integration issue. Never include API credentials, private device identifiers, personal file contents, or raw computer telemetry in public reports.
Privacy and account information
Read the website privacy policy before submitting information through the early-access form. Website requests and desktop application features have different scopes. The public knowledge API cannot access a user account, retrieve personal machine history, delete waitlist records, or perform a Windows repair. Contact our support email with privacy or waitlist removal requests.
