Common problems
Offline edit failed
The wrapper needs the Canva site for most work. This is not a local PSD.
Confused with Affinity after the purchase
Affinity Photo is Photo.exe. Canva.exe is the template app.
Getting unstuck
Confirm Canva.exe
The Canva desktop folder is the wrapper. Photoshop.exe is Adobe.
Install from canva.com/download/windows
Avoid random Canva.exe hosts.
Sign in if designs vanished
Designs live in the account. A local cache wipe is not a Photoshop scratch disk.
Alternatives
Photoshop, Affinity, and PowerPoint overlap at the edges. Photoshop does not replace a Canva template.
