Confirm Streamlabs OBS.exe
The Streamlabs folder is the fork. Program Files\obs-studio is obs64.exe.
Install from streamlabs.com
Avoid random slobs.exe hosts.
Sign out and cache-clear Streamlabs documents
A stuck login is an account issue, not a GPU failure.
Alternatives
OBS Studio is the usual alternative. Streamlabs does not replace obs64.exe for a vanilla scene collection.
