If you apply ShutUp10++, I would read every recommended switch and make a restore point first. I would not treat this as the Windows Settings app. A disabled search or a broken Store is a known side effect class.

What is O&O ShutUp10++?

OOSU10.exe shows recommended, optional, and default privacy toggles. Applying them writes policy-like values. Windows Settings is still Microsoft's panel. Winaero Tweaker changes many UI keys that are not this list.

If you want a list of privacy-related Windows switches, O&O ShutUp10++ is O&O Software's freeware utility. Download it from oo-software.com. Each switch has a side effect. Read the red recommendations before you apply. It is not a Windows Settings panel, not Winaero Tweaker, and not a Microsoft tool.

O&O ShutUp10++ (2015) is a current privacy toggle utility from O&O Software. The vendor still points Windows users at https://www.oo-software.com/en/shutup10.

How old is it?

ShutUp10 launched in 2015 for Windows 10. The name became ShutUp10++ as Windows 11 arrived. Winaero Tweaker is a different 2015 UI-tweak collection. Settings > Privacy is the in-box panel.

That is the O&O workflow. Winaero Tweaker is the other 2015 tweak collection.

Use O&O's undo or System Restore if Start search or the Store dies

Those are common side effects of aggressive rows. This is not a Windows setting panel Reset.
